I first contacted Dr. Sandeep Sattur and Dr. Indu Sattur back in 2013, when I was keen on finding out what’s involved in a hair transplant procedure. On top of my head, hairs was receding at a steady rate. Dr. Sandeep Sattur and Dr. Indu Sattur, cleared all of my doubts and after deciding we started medicines to improve the receding of the hairs. After 1 year, the results were amazing. We continued the medicines and 2 months back we decided to have hair transplant (FUT), a date was set for the surgery 12th December 2015. The operating theatre was all set up for the procedure. I was tensed, about the procedure. Dr. Sandeep sattur, and the staff really took care of me. They ensured that I was at ease and comfortable before starting the procedure. This included playing music tunes throughout the procedure. The anesthesia was administered and the transplant procedure started. The procedure lasted the entire day and although it was tiring, Dr. Sandeep sattur and Dr. Indu sattur were very good at their job constantly making sure that I was at ease and comfortable. The grafts were planted with utmost care and precision. The staff was always at hand to ensure your day stay is comfortable. In terms of pain, there was no pain under local anesthesia. At the end of the procedure, I was given clear directions on what needed to be done in terms of after care. Now I’m just waiting for the new hairs to grow. Keeping fingers crossed. The whole trip was so quick that it seems like a dream. It is comforting that I was in the professional care of you and your friendly staff.–Everyone who visits your website should be aware of this! If your objective is to attract a foreign patient base- I think the first thing a foreigner who frequents your website will question how many foreigners do you treat and what can they expect…essentially the potential candidate should be aware that a HT at your clinic is just as viable/safe/effective as any credible institution in North America/Europe. I think it is critical that this is clearly communicated on the homepage of your website. Just thought I’d share a couple thoughts since I truly believe the value in your services- more so than some clinics in North America. In addition, I noticed you have a snip-it on youtube- where you speak about marketing….Since you are very articulate and have a solid presence, would you consider leveraging this and have an actual video of yourself (speaking about HT options) posted directly on the homepage of your website- I feel it would create immediate credibility even before someone has met you in person.

I feel great and in no discomfort or pain whatsoever. the suture line is only tender to the touch. I have showered and cleansed by dabbing the area gently.

Sir, it was a nice experience that day. Amongst the things that amazed me the most was the fact that even in local anaesthesia such a lengthy surgery went so smoothly and was painless. I think it is possible only in the experienced hands like yours. I was very comfortable in semi-sitting position during surgery. It was nice to talk to you, to ask you queries during the surgery and to listen the soothing music throughout the surgery.

Although , the surgery was lengthy, the soothing background music, discussion and snacks break were all that made it enjoyable and it was very much like a informal weekend gathering.

In fact, despite being a doctor I had some fear in my mind before undergoing the surgery. But painless and enjoyable experience of the surgery left no place for fear in my mind. And if required, I will be happily ready to undergo 2 nd sitting under local anaesthesia.

I just wanted to take a moment and wish you and your whole Hospital Team cum family a Happy Thanksgiving and also thank you for the care and attention both you and your staff gave me during my recent second procedure in your Mumbai office. YOU ROCK and your staff is amazing!

First off, I was tremendously impressed with the level of professionalism within your office and more importantly the amount of care your folks showed me throughout the procedure (entire day!). Seriously, it just blew me away. I admit being a little nervous going in. I didn’t know what to expect. It became immediately apparent to me, by the way your staff calmly and reassuringly cared for me, that I had made the right decision about coming to you for this procedure. At no point did I feel any discomfort and having your staff close by with their sincere concern for my well-being while diligently working was just icing on the cake.

Second thing which I will share, is quite Shocking:

After my hair transplant , When I reached the HONG KONG, I used my HK Resident ID, my finger Print to pass IMMIGRATION.

But I was stopped by Immigration Vigilance officers . For them it was hard & tuff to recognize me, they check my HK Resident ID, my finger Print & reconfirm again & again. They were not able to Recognize me at all. Until I showed them My hair transplant Certificate issue by Dr. Sattur.

They were surprised as they are the one of the best High Tech Immigration, and as Hong Kong Resident they could check & verify my HK ID , and My Finger Print but still could not believed that I am the same person….to whom they are verifying, they Just said that IT IS NEXT TO IMPPOSIBEL.

It was quite shocking to them as well as for me too, As a Hong Kong Resident I never stopped by any immigration in all over the world. So although it was quite Trouble some to the IMMIGRATION to face me, with my new look.

But I can’t tell you how happy I was & I am !!!

What can I say other than THANK YOU ! for making this experience an enjoyable and of course hopeful one as I go about moving on with my life.

I was a Bit nervous Undergoing a Cut on my Body rather Head For the First time , But then The way it was done without any actual pain , just some ant bites took over my Nervousness Getting involved in a chat while the surgery and Diversion of Mind on the different topics made the Surgery more comfortable , with No Boredom

The operation convertible chair was comfortable and the surgery was has per Schedule , and Was very Worth to the cost

Arrangement of the Post Operation Medicines in time , at a cheaper price and first hair wash at Clinic under supervision was an added benefit

Also Thanks to Dr Indu Sattur and Staff Present for all the Support throughout the operation

I have undergone the Hair Transplant procedure at your clinic. Before coming to you I was very confused state of mind whether to proceed for Hair transplant and with which doctor. I have undergone the Hair Transplant procedure at your clinic. Before coming to you I was very confused state of mind whether to proceed for Hair transplant and with which doctor. But after having discussions with you I made up my mind in ten days to proceed for the transplant looking at your honesty and simplicity. The process is quite painless anddoctors as well as staff are highlyskilled and very receptive. The facilities are also very hygienic. The only need to improve is to find various alternative solution for people who don’t have good donor area which limits implant of the number of grafts and thus covering limited area for transplant in one session such as in mine case.

Overall the experience was good and satisfying. Looking forward to new hairs.
